Paris to Bordeaux for just 10€ starts this April. OUIGO is launching its new Train Classique service for Spring 2026, offering adult seats from 10€ to 59€ and kids’ tickets for a flat 5€.
These trains run twice daily every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The journey takes about 5 hours and 30 minutes, arriving at Paris-Austerlitz instead of Montparnasse. It’s a great budget alternative to the TGV if you don't mind a slower pace, with stops in Angoulême, Poitiers, Futuroscope, Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, and Les Aubrais.
Sales open 60 days before departure, so look for bookings to start this February. The base fare covers a handbag and cabin bag, with extra luggage or bike spots available for a small fee. There are power sockets at your seat but no onboard Wi-Fi.
