According to French media outlet Journal du Net (JDN), Vietnam has been ranked the most affordable country in the world for expats and travelers for five consecutive years.
Data from InterNations shows:
Fuel costs around €0.7 per liter
A meal can cost under €1
89% of expats in Vietnam are satisfied with living costs
87% say their income is enough to live comfortably
From food and accommodation to transport and daily services, Vietnam continues to offer one of the most competitive living costs globally.
