Switzerland and Luxembourg provide high quality of life, high salaries, and clean cities, but living there costs over $3,000 per month for a single person, with some of the highest rents in Europe. Denmark and Norway are great for families, offering free or low-cost childcare, generous parental leave and a real work-life balance. Their strong social safety nets help balance out the hiIceland, Ireland, and Liechtenstein each have their own appeal, like unique natural beauty or very high incomes. However, living costs are high, and Ireland also faces a major housing shortage.
