Big progress on India’s first high-speed rail corridor! 
The 508-km Mumbai–Ahmedabad Bullet Train project, developed by National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited, has crossed around 55–58% completion.
Over ₹85,000+ crore already spent Major viaducts, bridges, and stations under construction Partial operations planned from 2027 Full corridor expected by 2029This will cut travel time between Mumbai and Ahmedabad to nearly 2–3 hours, bringing true bullet train speed to India for the first time.
